These things single-handedly got me to floss every day. I've tried other brands when these weren't readily available and they all break. I repeat- they ALL break. Not Plackers. These are comfortable and easy to use, so much so that you too will be flossing daily in no time! Be good to your gums, buy Plackers- your gums'll thank you by still holding your teeth in your head when you're 64!

This is the best brand I've found. I've tried several others and as others have mentioned they all break and some leave little bits of floss between my teeth. I can easily do a thorough flossing with just one of these with no sign of breaking.

Plackers are the best flossers out there, with a sturdy flossing thread and study frame design. They used to be a little better (and would have gotten five starts from me), when they were still made in the US, but manufacture has been moved to China with a slight decline in quality. Even with that move, they're still the best flossers out there. I have very tight teeth, and can usually use only one for my whome mouth. Other flossers require me to change out the thread or use a new one after a few teeth because they shred or bend or the thread becomes detached from the ends. I also haven't been able to find Plackers as frequently as I used to at CVS, RiteAid or other drug stores and often end up walking out empty handed when I look for them, so I'm glad I was able to find them online - I ordered 6 bags!

I ordered these online because sometimes I cannot find them at local stores. Plackers are the best brand. They don't shred and they don't hurt your gums when you floss them down in between your teeth. I highly recommend these for people who hate standard floss. This is the only way I actually floss!

These flossers are great after a meal!

I had braces about 5 years ago, so my teeth are very tight, most flossers break on the sencond or third tooth, but these ones work for the whole flossing process.

The reason why I gave it four stars, is because I don't understand why there is a protective piece of plastic over the toothpick portion and is a little annoying to break it off to use that part. I just don't understand why it needs to be there.

Other than the minor annoyance, they work good.

Pros: The floss didn't break or tear at all like other brands. It was comfortable to use just the floss part. It is easy to store and less bulky than some of the other flossers I have encountered.

Cons: The folded protector over the pick is nice and protects my fingers being poke but that is about it. When I used the pick part to get a piece of candy cane out because I wanted to test them to the fullest, it felt like I had a big piece of plastic hitting the roof of my mouth. The candy cane got stuck in the clear back. It felt bulky as I tried to use the pick.

Overall: There is also very few differences between Plackers and other brands of flossers that I have used. The only thing that would makes these worth buying is the fact that they didn't break or shred at all. Which is a huge plus. I just wish the pick protector didn't feel so bulky inside as I try and get something out of my teeth. The floss worked smoothly too.
